Ayahuapu provides:

  • Digital music sales (albums & individual tracks) with expiring download links

  • Physical merchandise sales (apparel, posters, etc.)

  • Event and concert listings with ticket sales

  • Tiered membership plans (monthly/annual) granting streaming access and exclusive content

  • Donation options to support our work

3. Account Registration
You must register with a valid email and password to purchase, download, stream, donate, or access members-only content. Keep your credentials secure.

4. Purchases & Payment

  • Digital Products: Download links expire after 1–2 uses.

  • Physical Products: Shipped per displayed rates and timelines.

  • Memberships: Recurring billing via Wix Pricing Plans until canceled.
    Payments are handled by Wix Payments, Stripe, or other third-party gateways.

5. Refunds & Cancellations

  • Digital Downloads: Non-refundable except as required by law.

  • Physical Merchandise: Return within 14 days if unused; buyer covers return shipping.

  • Memberships: Cancel anytime via your account; no pro-rated refunds.

6. Content Access & Restrictions
Active members may stream available albums on demand. Content is for personal, non-commercial use—no redistribution, public performance, or circumvention of DRM.

7. Intellectual Property
All Site content—music, artwork, logos, text—is owned by Ayahuapu and protected by copyright and trademark laws. No unauthorized copying or derivative works.

8. Events & Tickets
Ticket sales are subject to organizer policies. Ayahuapu is not liable for third-party venue changes or cancellations.

9. Donations
Donations are voluntary and non-refundable unless otherwise noted.

10. Prohibited Conduct
You agree not to:

  • Violate any law or regulation

  • Impersonate others or misrepresent affiliation

  • Circumvent content protection

  • Transmit malware, spam, or harmful code

11. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability
The Site and its content are provided “as is.” Ayahuapu disclaims all warranties. Liability is limited to the fullest extent permitted by law; no indirect or consequential damages.

12. Indemnification
